My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a good size, with a huge wrap-around terrace offering stunning city and water views, paired with delightful staff. However, the rooms were dirty and filled with a strong smoking smell, affecting the overall experience.
The hotel may have smaller rooms, but the reception staff were accommodating and made efforts to find me a more comfortable room. The cleanliness level was impressive, and the amenities provided were top-notch. However, the lack of tourist information and knowledge of transportation options at the hotel's end is a downside.
The hotel had spacious rooms that were a good size and clean. The only suggestion would be to have an English channel other than news for TV, not that one goes away to watch TV. The long window in the room was nice, though a bit small. Overall, a pleasant stay.
